This book is ideally designed for the needs of the student who is just beginning his study of clinical neurology. This book reviewed the fundamentals of clinical neurology as they apply to everyday clinical practice. The clinical characteristics of the disease are clearly linked to anatomy and physiology. Nevertheless, they are discussed in far more depth than the clinical aspects of neurology, these fundamental issues belong in a book of this competence. This presentation provides a medical student at the end of his sophomore year or just starting his junior year with a difficult review of his previous work and just enough clinical information to whet his appetite without overwhelming him. The method of assessing a patient to detect signs and symptoms of neurological disease is addressed as well.
