Once an order is placed, cancellations are allowed before the product is handed over to our delivery partners. After that, you won’t be able to cancel it.

Conditions for Returning an Item

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should be in its original packaging, and you’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Books and products can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date, but only if there is a manufacturing defect. The decision to accept a return will be at our discretion. Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or mistake from our side. We may also decline returns if the items don’t meet our return policy rules. If there is a defect, you can choose to either:

  • Replace the product with a new one,
  • Return the defective item for a refund, or
  • Return the product and receive store credit on your Bhalani.com account.

For in-store purchases, defective products must be returned in person at the shop. For online purchases, the returns should follow the website’s procedures.

If a product is canceled after being dispatched, the refund will only be processed after we receive the product back. It may take about 10 to 15 working days for the refunded amount to show in your account, depending on customers bank. If the product is canceled before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 2 to 3 working days, and you will receive the credited amount in 7 to 9 working days, depending on customers bank.
